HOW IT WORKS
Six steps between an idea and a published, approved piece.

The same sequence runs on every piece we produce. Your physician is always the final approver, and a record is kept at the end.

1

Drafting

We prepare a first draft using AI working from a gastroenterology-specific knowledge base — fast, and consistent in voice with the rest of your content.

2

Clinical review
A qualified clinical reviewer checks the draft for medical accuracy and current guidance before it goes any further. Chronic conditions are described as managed, not cured; screening guidance matches current recommendations.

3

Compliance check
The piece is checked against FTC health-claim guidance, HIPAA marketing rules, and your state board’s advertising requirements. Superlatives, absolute outcome claims, and testimonial issues are flagged and fixed here.

4

Physician approval
Your physician reviews the finished piece and approves it — usually a few minutes on a phone between patients, because everything else is already done.
Your practice is the final approver

5

Publish & schedule

Approved content is published or scheduled to the channels you use — your website, your social accounts, your newsletter.

6

Audit log
Each piece is recorded with a timestamped entry: what was reviewed, by whom, what was checked, and when it was approved. The record stays with you.
