GL Growth

Content your physicians approve, before it ever goes live.

We write the marketing and patient-education content for independent gastroenterology, hepatology, and endoscopy practices — each piece medically reviewed, checked against advertising and privacy rules, and approved by your physician.

GL GROWTH
Everything a GI practice publishes, handled with review built in.
Choose the pieces you need. Everything runs through the same review and approval workflow, and everything is kept out of protected health information by design.

Patient Education

Articles · explainers

Plain-language articles on the conditions and procedures your patients ask about — reflux, IBD, IBS, hepatitis, colon cancer screening, and more. Written to be understood, structured for your website, and reviewed for medical accuracy before publication.
Procedure prep content

Highest-leverage

Colonoscopy and endoscopy preparation instructions that patients can actually follow — the single piece of content that most reduces day-before phone calls and same-day cancellations.

Instructional content only. Any patient-specific instructions remain between your practice and the patient.

Social media content
Ongoing presence

A steady monthly stream of posts — screening awareness, practice and staff updates, seasonal health topics, and patient FAQs — that keeps your practice visible and current across the channels you use.

Email & newsletters
Retention
Practice newsletters and email updates that keep your existing patients engaged and reinforce screening reminders, written to the same review and compliance standard as everything else.
Online review responses
HIPAA-safe

A protocol and ready responses for replying to online reviews without disclosing protected health information — including the common mistake of confirming that a reviewer was a patient. Most practices don’t realize a defensive reply can itself be a privacy disclosure.

Spanish-language localization

Access
Culturally adapted Spanish versions of your key content — not literal translation — so a larger share of your community can understand screening information and procedure prep.
Content & compliance audit
Where we start
A structured review of your current website and social content: what’s missing, what’s out of date, and where the language creates avoidable compliance risk. This is where most engagements begin, and it’s how our free site audit works.
HOW IT WORKS
Six steps between an idea and a published, approved piece.

The same sequence runs on every piece we produce. Your physician is always the final approver, and a record is kept at the end.

1

Drafting

We prepare a first draft using AI working from a gastroenterology-specific knowledge base — fast, and consistent in voice with the rest of your content.

2

Clinical review
A qualified clinical reviewer checks the draft for medical accuracy and current guidance before it goes any further. Chronic conditions are described as managed, not cured; screening guidance matches current recommendations.
Reviewer recorded on the entry

3

Compliance check
The piece is checked against FTC health-claim guidance, HIPAA marketing rules, and your state board’s advertising requirements. Superlatives, absolute outcome claims, and testimonial issues are flagged and fixed here.

4

Physician approval
Your physician reviews the finished piece and approves it — usually a few minutes on a phone between patients, because everything else is already done.
Your practice is the final approver

5

Publish & schedule

Approved content is published or scheduled to the channels you use — your website, your social accounts, your newsletter.

6

Audit log
Each piece is recorded with a timestamped entry: what was reviewed, by whom, what was checked, and when it was approved. The record stays with you.
No protected health information processed
Compliance
Why the way we work protects your practice.
Content published under a physician’s name carries the practice’s reputation and license. Our whole workflow is designed around that fact.
Three sets of rules
What every piece is checked against.

Federal advertising rules

FTC

Health claims have to be truthful, not misleading, and supported before they run. We avoid unsupported superlatives, absolute outcome claims, and testimonials that imply results most patients won’t see. Reviews and endorsements follow current FTC guidance, including on fabricated or undisclosed-incentive reviews.
Patient-privacy rules
HIPAA marketing
Marketing use of patient information, images, or stories requires proper authorization. We work so that no protected health information reaches us at all — and we guide your team on the areas practices most often miss, like responding to online reviews without confirming someone was a patient.
State advertising requirements
Medical board
State medical boards set their own rules on how practices may advertise — on specialist claims, testimonials, before-and-after images, and record retention. We check content against the requirements of the state your practice is in.
The record is the point. It’s what makes the work defensible.

For every approved piece, you keep a timestamped entry showing what was reviewed, what was checked, and when your physician signed off. If a question is ever raised about something you published, you have a documented answer rather than a memory.

Some states also require practices to keep copies of their advertising for a set period. Where that applies, the record isn’t just useful — it’s part of meeting the requirement.

A note on what this is. Our compliance workflow draws on FTC guidance, HIPAA marketing rules, and state medical board advertising requirements, and is designed to be reviewed alongside your own counsel. It supports your physician’s judgment; it does not replace it, and it is not legal advice. Your physician is always the final approver of published content.

about

A content company that works the way a practice thinks.

Most content vendors are generalists. They’ll write for a dental office, a med spa, and a gastroenterology practice from the same playbook — which is exactly why so much medical content reads as generic, and why some of it creates risk.

We do one thing: content for independent gastroenterology, hepatology, and endoscopy practices. That focus is what lets us build a real knowledge base, recognize the claims that draw scrutiny, and produce work that sounds like it came from inside the specialty.

Our model pairs the speed of AI-assisted drafting with something AI can’t provide on its own: qualified clinical review, a genuine compliance check, and your physician’s final approval on everything. Fast where speed helps, careful where care matters.

How the work is structured
Four commitments behind every piece.

focus

Gastroenterology only

We don’t spread across specialties. Everything we learn compounds inside GI, hepatology, and endoscopy.

review

Human clinical oversight

A qualified reviewer checks medical accuracy on every piece before it reaches your physician. Nothing skips this step.

control

Physician-approved

You approve everything that goes out under your name. We make that decision take minutes, not hours.

privacy

No patient data

We’re built so protected health information never reaches us. It keeps your engagement simple and your exposure low.
